Privacy Policy

Pressure Test My Idea is a service operated by Charlie Page of Common Sense Digital Marketing ("we," "us") that evaluates business ideas submitted by users and produces an honest assessment of each idea.

Your email address. Email is the only identifier we use. It identifies your tests, enforces your free test limits, delivers your results, and manages access to paid re-tests. We do not use passwords or accounts.

The ideas you submit. We store the business idea description you provide, along with the analysis, revisions, and reports generated from it.

Payment information. If you purchase paid re-tests, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

• To run your pressure test and deliver your verdict and reports.
• To enforce the free tier (one free test and one revision within 24 hours per email address).
• To send you marketing emails about our products and services. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link in the email.
• To process payments and grant access to paid re-tests.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is necessary with these providers:

• AI services. Your idea description is sent to AI services that generate the analysis, and to a research service that may look up public information about your market or competitors. These services process your submission to produce your results.
• Email and marketing (GoHighLevel). Your email address and opt-in status are stored in our email marketing platform so we can deliver results and send related content.
• Stripe. Handles payment processing for paid re-tests. Stripe's own privacy policy also applies to your payment details.

We store your email address in your browser's local storage so you don't have to retype it. This stays on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Unsubscribe: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Delete your data: email us and we will delete your email address and all tests associated with it.
• Clear local storage: clearing your browser's site data removes the saved email on your device.

We keep your tests and email address for as long as needed to provide the service, honor your paid re-tests, and comply with legal obligations. We protect your data using industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
