By using Pressure Test My Idea you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by Charlie Page of Common Sense Digital Marketing ("we," "us").

You submit a business idea, and we use software and AI services to evaluate it and produce an assessment, which may include a verdict, a scorecard, objections, and a detailed teardown. The free tier allows one free test and one revision within 24 hours per email address. Paid re-tests are available for a one-time fee.

Every verdict, score, and report this site produces is an opinion generated by AI, not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. It is not a prediction of your actual results.

We make no guarantee that your idea, or any idea, will be profitable, or that following our feedback will improve your outcome. You alone are responsible for any decision you make based on your results, and for any money, time, or effort you invest in your idea.

Paid re-tests cost a one-time fee displayed at checkout, processed by Stripe. Payment grants the number of re-tests stated at purchase and does not expire. Purchases are tied to the email address used at checkout.

Your purchase comes with a 14-day refund window. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of purchase, contact us using the details below and we will issue a full refund.

You agree not to submit ideas that are illegal, that infringe someone else's rights, or that contain harmful, abusive, or unlawful content. You agree not to abuse the free tier by submitting under multiple email addresses, and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site.

You keep ownership of the ideas you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service. We may use anonymized, non-identifying examples of submitted ideas to improve the service and in general marketing content about the site.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business losses, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any assessment it produces. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms or change, pause, or end the service at any time. If you violate these terms, we may block your access. Paid re-tests you have already purchased will be honored if the service is materially changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
